Aimsafe Bookkeeping moved into new larger premises at 12 Doig Street, Cleveland in June 2008.

We have specialised in Business Services for their clients since 1994.

The office has a training room, available for hire at an affordable fee. The room can be utilised for business training, meetings and desk hire for small and family businesses that just need a space to do all their book keeping.

We can train one on one, or small groups, the training can be streamlined to your Business rather than text book study.

-Manager Robyn Williamson, along with seven other trained team members provide your business with monthly bookkeeping, Electronic Business Activity Service Lodgment, Preparation of data for BAS, MYOB (Mind Your Own Business) training and support, MYOB business basics set up and support. We can also train you to do your own BAS.

Most of the services we provide you will not find anywhere else all together under the one roof.

We aim to be a one stop business shop that provides for all the needs of our clients. If we don’t do it we are happy to recommend one of our Clients. We like to refer work within our Client base if at all possible.” Robyn said.

With the Taxation Structure being overviewed, new rules regarding the business activities of bookkeepers will take effect. To be able to be a BAS service provider and put in data, prepare and lodge BAS on behalf of clients, you will have to be qualified with a tertiary education.

Robyn is recognized by professional association Taxation Institute of Australia and has 15 years experience working closely with the ATO and Fredrick’s Accountants. As a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, Robyn is required to have 30hrs of professional development every year. This keeps her and her team up to date with developments that could affect the Client. All of the staff at Aimsafe have undergone a form of training or have previous experience bookkeeping for small businesses.
